Jill Watson was the wife of Wonko the Sane. Unlike him, she was willing to go outside of The Outside of the Asylum. Arthur Dent talked to her on the phone when he was trying to reach Wonko the Sane in So Long, and Thanks For All the Fish/the Quandary Phase, but she never appeared in person.
