Hig Hurtenflurst worked for the Dolmansaxlil Galactic Shoe Corporation. He was responsible for the ruin of Brontitall through this corporation, although the Shoe Event Horizon is something that would have happened to the planet naturally anyway.
He captured Arthur Dent and the Lintillas on Brontitall, with the help of the Footwarriors.
