John "Michael" Cule is the British actor who played the Vogon Guard/Vogon Helmsman in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy television series and in later phases of the radio series.

Cule's other onscreen appearances include "Young Sherlock Holmes" (1985), various roles on the children's TV series Knightmare and a regular supporting part on Rumble, the comedy series 'behind the scenes' of wrestling with Brian Glover.
