The Rory Award Winner was one of the guests at The Longest Cocktail Party who attempted to engage many guests, including Arthur Dent in conversation about his Rory Award. His Rory Award was revealed to be the Silver Bail, wanted by the Krikkit War Robots, who took it from the Award Winner, presumably killing him as they had with the majority of other guests.
